When the evil wizard Gargamel chases the tiny blue Smurfs out of their village, they tumble from their magical world and into ours — in fact, smack dab in the middle of Central Park. Just three apples high and stuck in the Big Apple, the Smurfs must find a way to get back to their village before Gargamel tracks them down.

With his best friend Luca away at school, Alberto is enjoying his new life in Portorosso working alongside Massimo – the imposing, tattooed, one-armed fisherman of a few words – who’s quite possibly the coolest human in the entire world as far as Alberto is concerned. With Pat required to be away from Greendale whilst participating in the contest, various Patbot 3000 robots are deployed to take Pat’s postal duties. This soon turns out to be an evil plot to take over the world, which Pat must now stop.

An animated short based on the game “Star Fox Zero”, that was streamed during a Nintendo Treehouse live presentation on April 20, 2016. The short was produced by Miyamoto, in collaboration with Japanese animation studios Production I.G and Wit Studio.

Paul “OtaKing” Johnson drops a real treat in the form of this “Star Wars: TIE Fighter” animated short. Complete with appropriately radical electric guitar solos and impressive attention to detail, “TIE Fighter” casts the forces of the Galactic Empire not in the role of disposable cannon fodder seen in the Star Wars films, but as near-suicidally reckless angels of death. Johnson animated this 7-minute short over the course of “four years’ worth of weekends,” and his love and attention-to-detail shows.

A team of scientists is developing a new technology that captures the thoughts of a human subject and changes them into images. Still in its infancy, the technology changes thoughts into simple images and shapes. Two company interns (Matthew Andrews and Sarah Austin) have the chance to test the technology while they pursue a degree in neurosurgery. They study at a university along with other students (Anne Plaven). A brain surgeon named Dr. Marlen introduces the students to real life situations as several unexplained deaths take place around the city. When Andrews and Austin test the new technology at their company, Austin sees flashes of events in her mind. The events relate to the killings in the city. The flashes lead to new and dangerous discoveries. The students may not survive the experiment.
