The police officers at South Korea’s busiest patrol division toil day and night as keepers of law and peace — but the reality is far from orderly.

From Kim Won Seok, the writer of Descendants of the Sun, a drama about a special bodyguard with a background in special investigations and the Hallyu star he is supposed to protect.

Han Hyo-joo plays a surgeon whose father is a famous comic book creator. One day Dad goes missing and she rushes to his workshop to look for him, and instead finds a strange man bathed in blood. She gets kidnapped by the bloody man, which is where their story begins. The drama takes place in 2016 Seoul, but in different dimensions that exist in parallel with one another. It’s described as a suspense romance melodrama about “a man and a woman who are living in the same time, but different worlds.”

In search of inspiration, rock band “Excellent Souls” — Lee Min Ki, Kang Hyeok, Yoo Han Cheol — goes on hiatus deep in the countryside. To their surprise, the village elder is none other than Kang Yoon Hee, a zippy woman who’s not only the town’s first female leader, but also the youngest. She also just so happens to be bandleader Min Ki’s first love. Amidst a rural backdrop, these scrappy rockers take stock of what stirs their passions — both musical and romantic.

Young Min and Mi Young are young couple who get married after graduating from college. Following the honeymoon period, they begin to bicker with each other. While waiting for her husband at a cafe one day, Mi Young bumps into her ex-boss. Young Min sees this and gets the wrong idea. As they struggle to make their marriage work, Young Min and Mi Young gradually understand what love really is.
