Sandra is the manager at a fast-food restaurant, and Becky is her teenaged counter girl who really needs the job. Beset on the way by car trouble, and various other distractions, the film also follows the journey of Zack and Brian’s girlfriends, who follow the boys to Malibu but end up having their own lusty adventures.Something of note is that the original airing and the DVD were/are interactive. Meaning there are times when you get to pick the direction the characters take.

Everyone warns her to stay away from her upstairs neighbor, but he is the only one who shows any kindness. Supposedly the neighbor below her is an 80 year old woman, but she hammers the floor so hard when the young woman moves furniture that she breaks tiles. Another neighbor seems kind enough to begin with, but later seems more interfering and threatening. Also her weatherman boyfriend can’t be ruled out. Contrary to his desire for her to move in with him, she moved into their apartment.

The movie is set in Hong Kong and the Philippines in 1960. Yuddy, or ‘York’ in English, is a playboy in Hong Kong and is well-known for stealing girls’ hearts and breaking them. His first victim is Li Zhen who suffered emotional and mental depression as a result of Yuddy’s wayward attitude. Li Zhen eventually seeks much-needed solace from a sympathetic policeman named Tide.
